Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who is confident speaking in English, comfortable making outbound calls, and driven by performance-based compensation. You will focus on booking qualified meetings and contributing to client acquisition efforts. This is a freelance, quota-based role with clear growth opportunities and performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects
- Follow scripts and guidelines to qualify leads
- Book meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate notes and activity logs
- Meet monthly quotas for hours worked and meetings booked
- Communicate clearly with the team through messaging platforms
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls
- Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
- Ability to meet quotas and work independently
- Previous sales, BPO, appointment-setting, or cold-calling experience is a plus
- Must be open to performance-based compensation
